Peak Season
During the Peak Season (December 23 to January 9), prices are higher, and additional supplements may apply for special events like Christmas and New Year's Eve Gala Dinners. To secure your preferred accommodations, we recommend booking at least 90 days in advance.

Children
We recognize that some resorts are more suitable for children. Please inform us of your children's ages when booking, so we can advise you on the best options. Note that safety regulations may restrict access to certain villa types for younger children.

Room Availability
Room availability is subject to change and depends on various factors. We do not hold rooms without written confirmation from you.

Rates
Rates are quoted in US Dollars and are estimates. The final price depends on factors such as season, number of guests, villa category, and meal plan.

Booking Process
Prices quoted in your personalized quote are valid for 7 days. Once you confirm a quote, we will process your booking and provide a confirmation number, pro forma invoice, and payment receipt upon receiving your consent.

Payment
We accept Visa/MasterCard for immediate payment verification. Other payment methods may take 3-7 banking days to process. Detailed cost breakdowns are not provided.

Resort Check-in and Check-out
Standard check-in is at 2:00 pm and check-out at 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Late Check-Out Charges
Late check-out fees apply if you wish to keep the room after 6:00 pm, subject to availability.

Booking Amendments
Booking amendments are subject to availability and may result in changes to transfers and vouchers. Any price increases due to amendments are the guest's responsibility.

Transfer to/from Resorts
All transfers originate from or to Male’ International Airport unless private transfers are requested and confirmed by us in writing. Please provide your international flight details at least 7 days prior to arrival for proper coordination.

• Private Transfer: Enjoy a private speedboat or seaplane directly from/to Male International Airport without waiting or stopovers. Tailored to your schedule with refreshments provided.
  
  
• Combined Transfer: Group transfers accommodating multiple passengers may involve waiting for other arrivals. Respect scheduled timings to avoid delays. Stopovers may occur to drop off passengers at different resort islands.
  
  
• Combined Seaplane Transfer: Experience a scenic flight seating up to 15 passengers. Depending on resort location, flights range from 15 minutes to 1 hour. Luggage allowance is 20 kg checked in and 5 kg hand luggage per person. Note that seaplane transfers are subject to weather conditions, which may cause delays or cancellations. In such cases, guests will be rescheduled on the next available flight, with any overnight stays in the city at the guest's expense.
  
  
• Domestic Flight Transfer: Larger propeller airplanes seating 16 to 75 passengers may be required for more secluded island resorts. Luggage allowance is the same as for seaplane transfers. Domestic flight schedules are coordinated with international flights, but delays may occur. In case of cancellation or missed flight, guests will be rescheduled on the next available flight, with any overnight stays in the city at the guest's expense.

To ensure efficient check-in procedures at your hotel or resort, we kindly request complete traveler details in accordance with government regulations. Pre-registration will be arranged based on this information, streamlining your check-in process upon arrival. Please also notify us in advance if you will be traveling with multiple pieces of luggage, allowing us to organize a personal porter for your convenience. Your cooperation greatly contributes to a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
