Overview
Modern thatched-roof villas offer ocean views, flat-screens, private gardens and open-air bathrooms. Upgraded villas, some built over the water, have private pools, living rooms and/or extra bedrooms; 1 adds a kitchenette.
There are 4 sleek restaurants, including an underwater seafood option, plus a pizzeria/bar next to an outdoor pool. Other amenities consist of a spa, a dive center and a gym, as well as a kids' club. Excursions, loaner snorkeling gear and airport transfers are available.

OZEN KIDS' CLUB
The club offers extensive indoor and outdoor play areas, where you can also celebrate birthdays and special occasions for your children. Located near the beach, the club boasts of a large but shallow natural salt pool. Facilities also include table tennis, darts, table football, a sandpit, and shaded outdoor space.
Supervised by warm and competent staff, the club hosts daily activities to keep the little ones entertained. Nature walks to meet hermit crabs and build sandcastles, treasure hunts, buggy trips around the island, arts and crafts, movie screenings, and plenty of indoor games. Babysitting services are offered at an additional cost. Children under 4 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or babysitter.

Our PADI certified dive school consists of an experienced team of multilingual professionals well versed in the field. Chartering new exhilarating and unique dive locations within the near vicinity on a regular basis.

The overwater gymnasium with stunning lagoon views allows you to keep up with their fitness routines. You can even book personalised training sessions or try some of the guided group fitness sessions organised daily such as Zumba classes, strength training, beach runs, aqua aerobics, and open-air yoga.

UNDERWATER EXPLORATIONS IN SUB-ZEN
Explore the dazzling house reef of Maadhoo Island from the comfort of a semi-submarine called SUB-ZEN. Seated just one metre underwater, experience a diver's view of the reef. The upper body of the vessel remains above the sea surface at all times while the bottom section is a few metres below the water. The large windows of the underwater hull allow you to enjoy spectacular views of the underwater ecosystem, offering an experiential submarine ride in Maldives.
