Payment Policy
The following scale of charges will be payable upon receipt of booking confirmation. Please note that special payment policies are applicable for Peak Season*.

Peak Season
During the Peak Season (December 20 to January 15), prices are higher, and additional supplements may apply for special events like Christmas and New Years Eve Gala Dinners. To secure your preferred accommodations, we recommend booking at least 60 days in advance.


Types of Payment
Kindly note that we require prepayment to process your booking. Our Finance Department will issue a payment receipt once the payment is verified and received. Please find below the possible modes of payment:

  • Bank Wire: All bank charges are to be borne by the originator of the remittance. Our Finance department will take 3-7 banking days to verify your payment.


Booking Cancellation
The person who made the original booking shall immediately notify/address the respective personal Travel Specialist in writing with a copy to [email protected] or call +94771511726 (Direct/ WhatsApp) for immediate attention while mentioning your Reservation Number  and/or “Cancellation” in the email subject line for clarity to prevent the cancellation fees as stated below. Cancellations or amendments will not be accepted until we have confirmed them in writing. Certain higher villa categories might have a particular cancellation policy that will be advised upon booking. A written confirmation of the cancellation and the cancellation invoice will be sent to you within 7 days. Kindly note that for any booking cancellation, a minimum of US$200 as an administrative fee will be payable in addition to the cancellation charges mentioned. Depending on the mode of payment incurred and bank charges.

after deduction of administrative fee of USD 200 & incurred bank charges
Cancellation received within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival 50% payable or will adhere to the hotel cancellation policy at that time
Cancellation received within 14 to 0 days prior to arrival 100% payable or will adhere to the hotel cancellation policy at that time
Cancellation received for Peak Season* 60 days and more prior to arrival FULL REFUND
after deduction of administrative fee of USD 200 & incurred bank charges
Cancellation received for Peak Season* 60 to 0 days prior to arrival 100% payable
No Show No-shows will be charged 100% of our invoice.
